每天的检讨——上师教言
我如果是修行人，是个瑜珈行者，那每天临睡前必须检讨。检讨身口意三门是否清净如法，如不好要马上忏悔不要隔夜，希望明天要改正；如好，要马上回向有情众生和佛道。希望明天要更好。如实受持，始终如一，则名真实瑜珈弟子。
